Tucked away in the trees and designed to complement the lush landscape that surrounds it, Over the Edge still manages to stand out in all the ways that are important. Step into a space that never fails to impress, offering vaulted ceilings covered with knotty pine tongue and groove planks and floor-to-ceiling windows that give the sensation you are outside enjoying the peaceful landscape, just without any ill weather or bugs!  

An open concept floor plan allows occupants to do their own things in their own spaces while still feeling connected to their traveling partners, but the privacy of the 3 bedrooms also gives everyone their own places to retreat to at the end of every day. The living room of Over the Edge appears much larger than it really is, offering no walls aside from the wall of windows in front of which a ruggedly soft leather sofa is placed. The stone fireplace that reaches up to the ceiling provides warmth, romance, and a touch of drama to this comfortable room and the large state-of-the-art Smart television that hangs over the mantle adds the drama of another sort to your Broken Bow journey!  

Moving on to the dining room the simple beauty of the heavy wood table surrounded by wood and iron chairs hides the fact that this room serves many purposes. Yes, you can enjoy a meal prepared in the kitchen located just steps away, but this space may truly be considered the heart of the home as you play your favorite board games, build puzzles together on a stormy Tuesday eve, or simply sit with your coffee and a smile as you gaze out onto the Oklahoma landscape feeling its peace fill your soul. A video arcade game can be found in this space, offering an escape of another type when you sit on the comfortably cushioned seats on either side of it and school the family members in your life on the simple fact that you will always be the arcade game master.

The two remaining bedrooms are located downstairs, just past the entrance to Over the Edge, and each offers its own attached baths with tub shower combos. King beds are the star of these rooms, providing comfort and softness to all who sleep there and one of the rooms provides another covered patio offering a happy surprise, a bubbling hot tub that will surely be the favorite spot on the property!  

This section of the deck also features an outdoor fireplace, more seating, cornhole games to be played in the shade of the mature trees that surround Over the Edge, and a fire pit in the yard that offers the perfect spot for telling ghost stories and roasting marshmallows. The tour of this beautiful property ends inside, in the fully equipped laundry room, that although it is not glamorous, will be a much-appreciated amenity!
